1. Purpose
These Terms set the rules for using the site and its online services (browsing, online registration, participant area). They do not constitute a participation contract for the race itself, which is governed by the race regulations and registration conditions delivered upon validated registration.
2. Acceptance
Using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the site.
3. Access
- Access is free; connection costs remain the user’s responsibility.
- The site may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
- The organisation may update the site, its features, and these Terms at any time.
4. Online registration
Registration for SMIB is free and personal, subject to validation by the organisation. Users undertake to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Fraudulent, duplicate or unauthorised third-party registrations may be refused or cancelled.
These Terms do not govern physical race participation, which is governed by the sporting regulations specific to each edition.
5. User conduct
- Do not disrupt the operation of the site (intrusion, mass scraping, denial-of-service attacks).
- Do not attempt to bypass security measures or access other users’ data.
- Do not use the site to publish unlawful, defamatory or offensive content.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, photos, videos, logos, visual identity, code) is the property of SMIB or its partners. Reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is forbidden, except short quotations with attribution.
7. Personal data
Data collected through the registration form is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection.

9. Liability
The organisation strives to keep the site available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or loss-free service. Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.
10. Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies (session, language switcher, bib access). No advertising cookies are stored. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
